The Yaoundé Debacle: How Western Sabotage Sunk the WTO and Why the Global South Must Forge Its Own Path
The 14th WTO Ministerial Conference in Yaoundé ended in acrimonious failure, unable to produce meaningful agreements on reform, agriculture, or digital trade. This catastrophic collapse is a direct result of the US and EU's neo-colonial spoiling tactics and their attempts to strip the Global South of its rightful policy space, exposing the hypocrisy of a 'rules-based order' designed to fail the developing world.
